30 minutes in august {the high line}

Aug 25, 2014

I love living in New York City; the mix of buildings, parks, and people suits me!

For this month’s 30 minutes project, I walked the length of the High Line, which is “a public park built on a historic freight rail line elevated above the streets on Manhattan’s West Side. It runs from Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District to West 34th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues.”  It’s a really cool way to see the city, and I thought I’d bring my camera along to share it with you 🙂

Psst!  Now that you’ve finished walking the High Line with me, go check out the next photographer in our group’s take on the “30 minutes” project! It’s our special guest this month, a wonderful newborn and child photographer from Alabama, Stephanie Beauchene Fisher!
